Built by a parent, for parents

From rote learning to precision practice

When my eldest child started Year 5, I watched her work through stacks of repetitive worksheets and endless word lists. Most evenings, she was exhausted before she had actually learned anything new. The coaching industry's approach felt outdated: more volume, more pressure — as if drowning a child in practice would eventually produce mastery.

It doesn't.

What I saw was a capable child losing confidence — not because she couldn't do the work, but because she was forced to redo what she already knew while her actual “friction points” went unaddressed. It wasn't just her burnout; it was mine, too. I spent my evenings marking papers and guessing where her gaps were.

So, I built Prac2XL — an “Agile” approach to learning that prioritises what actually needs attention.

The Two Core Principles

1. Find the friction, then practise it. Instead of a hundred variations of a problem your child already knows, we identify the specific words and concepts they find difficult. The system adapts in real-time, so they spend energy where it counts.

2. Short sessions, real mastery. Fifteen minutes a day. Long enough to make progress, short enough to protect their enthusiasm.

Why this foundation matters

Vocabulary Confidence. We bridge the “word gap” early, making Year 6 comprehension much smoother.

Mathematical Fluency. We catch “knowledge gaps” in fractions or multiplication before they snowball into secondary school issues.

Positive Habits. Our PracPoints reward system turns a 15-minute burst into a habit they actually enjoy.

The system handles the marking and sends the insights directly to your inbox. You can stop being the “taskmaster” and go back to being a parent.

This is the tool I wish I'd had for my eldest, but seeing my younger one enjoying it now makes it all worth it. I hope it helps your family reclaim your evenings and helps your children rediscover their love for learning.
